An oasis of tranquility immersed in the greenery of Santa Margherita Ligure (GE). Located in an enviable position because it allows you to enjoy maximum relaxation just 5 minutes on foot from the center and the beaches, offering the rare privilege of a private parking space reserved for guests, we have two independent apartments called Rose and Green, both equipped with air conditioning and free WiFi. The property is surrounded by a large private outdoor space for each unit. Upon request, also the possibility of access to the bicycles provided by the property and a convenient barbecue.

First-floor apartment for 6 beds, featuring a spacious double bedroom and two single beds with a full bathroom with shower, attic bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with bathtub, walk-in closet with bunk bed, fully equipped kitchen, large private outdoor space where you can dine, sunbathe, or relax sipping good wine.

CASA BEA - GREEN

Ground-floor apartment for 5 beds consisting of an open space with a double bed, a sofa bed and two pull-out single beds, a large bathroom complete with shower and storage room with washing machine, walk-in closet, private outdoor space equipped with a porch where you can dine in complete tranquility and a small lounge where you can relax reading a good book.

Casa Bea is located near Genoa, ideal for visiting the city with its historic streets and the Aquarium. Just 5 km away you can reach Portofino and the suggestive Walk of the Kisses towards San Fruttuoso. A short distance away is also the characteristic seaside village of Camogli. In about an hour by car, the Cinque Terre begin, easily visitable by train, while above Rapallo, the Abbey of Montallegro offers a splendid view of the gulf.
